○ Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls.
Flatten slightly to form nugget shapes. - Coat with Breadcrumbs:
○ Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate. Roll each nugget in the
breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly. - Preheat the Air Fryer:
○ Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat. - Cook the Nuggets:
○ Arrange the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring
they don’t overlap.
○ Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for a crispy texture.
○ Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Verify doneness with
an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). - Serve:
○ Let the nuggets cool slightly before serving. Pair them with kid-friendly
dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or a yogurt-based dip for added
