Air Fried Chicken Nuggets with B6 Kids Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground chicken ●
  • 4 packets of Kids Veggies
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs (80g)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare the Mixture:
    ○ In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Kids Veggies,
    Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the Nuggets:
    ○ Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls.
    Flatten slightly to form nugget shapes.
  3. Coat with Breadcrumbs:
    ○ Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate. Roll each nugget in the
    breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    ○ Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat.
  5. Cook the Nuggets:
    ○ Arrange the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring
    they don’t overlap.
    ○ Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for a crispy texture.
    ○ Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Verify doneness with
    an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve:
    ○ Let the nuggets cool slightly before serving. Pair them with kid-friendly
    dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or a yogurt-based dip for added
    flavor
